The British Council, The British Institute, and UniSadhuGuna Testing Center proudly present a conference entitled “English Language Testing and Assessment in Indonesia: Policy and Practice” which will be held in Jakarta on Tuesday, 26th April 2011 at Jakarta InterContinental MidPlaza Hotel, Jalan Sudirman Kav. 10-11, Jakarta Selatan.

The conference which will be held in English will provide a forum for discussing English language testing and assessment in the different Indonesian educational contexts, and will build towards a collective outcome in a participatory way. As well as key note addresses, there will be parallel sessions including presentations, workshops, and panel discussions.

There will be three plenary presentations by Professor Charles Alderson of Lancaster University, UK, Mariam Kartikatresni, Director The British Institute and Dr. Ir. Gatot Hari Priowirjanto, Director SEAMOLEC.
